Get to know your local first responders at National Night Out, August 7th

The Kearny Police Community Oriented Policing Unit invites the public to National Night Out 2018 on August 7th, 6-8pm, on Belgrove Drive in front of Veteran's Field.

National Night Out is an annual community-building campaign that promotes police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie to make our neighborhoods safer, more caring places to live. National Night Out enhances the relationship between neighbors and law enforcement while bringing back a true sense of community. Furthermore, it provides a great opportunity to bring police and neighbors together under positive circumstances (Adopted from NNO website).

Local emergency service organizations will be on hand to meet and greet the public. Kids activities are planned and there is no cost to attend the celebration.
